Why multiple entities?
If your business operates through multiple legal entities (e.g., a GmbH in Germany and a BV in the Netherlands), you can set them all up in Kolibra.
Setup
Go to Settings → Entities → Add Entity. Each entity has: legal name, address, VAT number, bank details, and document numbering.
Using entities
When creating a deal, select which entity it belongs to — the correct branding appears on generated PDFs.
Analytics & limits
The CEO Dashboard → Entities tab shows a comparison of performance across all your entities. Entity limits depend on your plan: Core (1), Pro (1), Max (2). Beyond that, entities are an Enterprise arrangement.
