Connect a supplier's price list once. Kolibra reads it for you.
Your suppliers already send you their prices and stock. Kolibra picks the list up on its own, at the hours you choose, and shows you only what matters: what is back, what got cheaper, what you can buy now.

Which supplier price list formats does Kolibra read?
CSV, JSON, XML and Excel. Give Kolibra the link your supplier gave you and it reads the latest list at the hours you choose, or upload the file they send. Kolibra proposes which column is the reference, the price and the stock; you confirm once.
How are supplier lines matched to my products?
By EAN, or by brand and part number, against your products and the Kolibra catalog of more than 100,000 IT and electronics products. You can accept or correct each proposed match.
Can buyers see my cost or margin on stock offers?
No. Stock offers are priced at your average cost plus the margin you set, and buyers only see the resulting price. You can also hide prices or exact quantities.
Is Kolibra a trading platform like ICB, IPT, IGT, Kadorf or Handelot?
No. Those platforms are where traders meet counterparties and post offers. Kolibra is the app where you run your own side of the trade: your price lists, stock, offers, replies and documents. Many traders use both, and Kolibra prepares the text of your offer for trading platforms.
