DSO
DSO (Days Sales Outstanding): average number of days it takes to collect payment from your customers after invoicing. Lower is better.
DPO
DPO (Days Payable Outstanding): average number of days you take to pay your suppliers. Higher means you're holding onto cash longer.
Calculation
Both metrics are calculated from actual payment dates in Kolibra — not estimates.
