DEFINITION
Many electronics come in regional versions. An EU-spec product is the one made for the European market: European plug and charger, CE marking and EU declarations, EU languages in the box and on the device, and, often, the manufacturer's EU warranty. A non-EU spec, such as a US, UK, Middle-East or Asian version, can differ in any of these, and sometimes in network bands or region locks.
The regional versions usually carry different part numbers and EAN codes, which is the reliable way to tell them apart. Selling non-EU spec goods in the EU is not forbidden in itself, but the buyer should know: the warranty may not apply, an adapter may be needed, and the seller must still meet EU product rules.
In offers and invoices, state the specification explicitly; "new, sealed" says nothing about it.
HOW KOLIBRA HELPS
Kolibra shows each product with its EAN and part number on every offer, order and invoice, so the exact regional version is named, not just the model.
