What is KAI?
KAI is Kolibra's AI assistant — it understands your business data and can help you find information, analyze deals, and perform actions.
Accessing KAI
Access KAI from: the KAI page (main navigation), or the floating KAI button (available from any page), or keyboard shortcut G then K.
Natural language
Ask questions in natural language: "Show me overdue invoices", "What's my margin on the Samsung deal?", "Who are my top 5 customers by revenue?"
Read & write
KAI can read AND write: it can look up information, but also create records and update data when you ask.
Permissions & plans
KAI respects your role-based permissions — a sales user's KAI only accesses what that user can see. Available in Pro (limited queries) and Max (unlimited) plans.
