How to train
On the KAI page → Settings tab → Training, you can upload documents to give KAI additional context about your business.
What to upload
Upload: product catalogs, pricing guidelines, internal procedures, supplier agreements, or any document that helps KAI understand your operations.
Benefits
The more relevant context KAI has, the better its answers — it can reference your specific pricing rules, product specs, or business processes.
Privacy
Your training documents are private to your organization — they are never shared or used for other customers. Available in Max plan.
